Planned downtime for software updates 

Ensure you go through the governance process for approval of any planned downtime, please consider the following:

  • Understand the external impact to customers
  • Why it’s essential
  • When / how long will the downtime be (consider the best time for minimal impact to customers)

 

Stakeholders to be included in the review of the request

  • DIS leadership / representative of the change
